"We are currently working together with Smilegate RPG on a hotfix that will fix this issue. we hope to release on Monday. For the time being Lost Ark Gold, we strongly suggest avoiding the Tytalos Guardian Rally so that you do not waste your the time or effort to play an event that is not working properly."
The team adds that it's exploring ways to provide "compensation" in the case of players who've been "block from progressing" due to this issue with Tytalos. "We will provide more details once we have it. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this issue," the post concludes. A hotfix is expected to be released tomorrow, Monday 14th March.
Just last week, the developer revoked over 1 million Lost Ark accounts that it believed to be bots, and said the team "has been working to develop efficient tools and strategies to remove Bots that are banned from playing" and admitting that "in the massive ban wave there is a possibility that a small percentage of players may be erroneously identified to be bots".
The week before the team explained that this was "just one part of an ongoing fight" and is currently working on "internal strategies and tools to make it more difficult for bots in an account".
Lost Ark is now Steam's second-biggest concurrently played game ever. The major update of March is now here, introducing the new raids at the end of the game and story quests cheapest Lost Ark Gold. There are also a couple of additional treats which include the time-limited Arkesia racing event and the game's first PvP season.
