The Direct was supposed to focus on the first half of 2021

  • Thanks. It's equally as soon one criticizes a guide, there's always a bunch of Animal Crossing Bells people prepared to call out you. Again, I'm not angry or even that frustrated. Just. . eh. I mean, the mention of BoTW two was such a tease. And we got. . what? Smash DLC, two new controller layouts, a Mario Sports game (prepare for another lackluster sports game ala Mario Tennis Experts ), BoTW 2 mention, Skyward Sword"Remaster", a 3DS game ported (Miitopia) and also Splatoon 3 (which is in 2022). .

The Direct was supposed to focus on the first half of 2021, but they spent a lot of time on matches that are not coming out this year at all.

The first-party representation was weak. Where would be the Nintendo games? They needed to mention a game that's already released (Super Mario 3D World) just to add padding to this Direct. Skyward Sword is cool and all, but that's just 1 match so far this year, and it'll be a $60 port.

I just don't think of Mario Golf once I think of Nintendo. So far as Cheap Animal Crossing Items first-party franchises go, I still think that one's fairly weak.
