Among my clanmates, Gota H8 Stds, recently achieved that, and it had been an insane amount of OSRS gold work. I suggest going for something more realistic before taking on the substantial 99 goal. Look her up if you would like some idea just how long it'll take.
Method she used: FoG'til your fingers fall off. GOP precisely the same. Spend it all on air tokens, and save the FoG tokens to purchase gloves with. I use the Draynor cabbage-port, but I also hear that if you craft airs, teleporting into Falador every run is quite quick (approximately 35 seconds/run). I really don't know what the xp/hour is with the teleporting procedure, but I understand that using the Draynor cabbage-port method (mine), I could get about 20k xp/hour.

I had been trying to determine how much time it would require me to get 99 rc. Even if I use body gloves, it is going to take me around 1000 hours. . .if I rc for 2 hours daily, it'll end up taking me around 17 months, and that is not likely to happen, lol. I truly don't wish to invest 2 years simply to get 99 rc. I am not exactly wealthy, so I must mine my own ess if I am likely to do that, and cheap RuneScape gold that is an adequate amount (can not remember how much exactly, but it seemed like alot).
