Oddman will start acting erratically, suggesting that the Rift has had a lasting effect on Borderlands 4 Boosting his mind. You'll then have two options:
Punch Oddman in the face
Kill Oddman
It's extremely important that you do not kill Oddman. If you choose to kill him, you'll permanently lock yourself out of the Rift Incompatible trophy or achievement for that save file.
Instead, choose to punch him. Oddman will survive the encounter, and this choice is what allows the final resting place to become available later.
Visiting Oddman's Final Resting Place
Once you've completed the mission and ensured Oddman's survival, you'll be able to visit his final resting place at any time afterward.
Head to the Windspear region, located in the top-right corner of the map. In this icy area, you'll find a small cave containing a frozen version of Oddman. Beside him lies a Deadbolt collectible, which you can interact with to unlock lore details about his final fate and, most importantly, the Rift Incompatible trophy.
If you killed Oddman earlier, he'll still appear frozen in the Windspear cave, but the trophy will not unlock. The model will also slightly differ - instead of appearing peacefully frozen, the version tied to the "kill" choice shows his body encased in fractured Rift crystals.

The Ain't No Sham in It side mission in Borderlands 4 takes you on a wild, moonshine-fueled adventure through the Fadefields in search of one legendary brewer: Ole Shammy. Once you've wrapped up La-La-Last Call, head back to Tipsy Olivia's bar in The Pit. With her club's music scene revitalized, she's now turning her attention to drinks. Olivia mentions an old friend who makes the finest moonshine in all of Kairos - a man known as Ole Shammy. Your task is to track him down and convince him to supply The Pit with his legendary brew.
Objective 1: Find Ole Shammy in the Fadefields
If you've played the Hangover Helper side mission, you'll recognize Ole Shammy right away. This eccentric moonshiner has a knack for getting himself into sticky situations, and this time is no different.
Open your map and locate Shammy's Shack, situated on the southern edge of the Fadefields. It's quite a trek, but if you've already unlocked the Stockroom Silo fast travel point just north of the objective, you'll save a lot of travel time. Alternatively, the Abandoned Post safe house makes another convenient stop on your route.
When you arrive at the shack, head inside and look around. On the counter, you'll find an ECHO Log titled "A Maker's Mark." The log reveals that Shammy has headed to a nearby farm to work on a new experimental drink - something that could be perfect for The Pit's grand reopening.
Objective 2: Save Ole Shammy and Make the Offer
After listening to the ECHO Log, check your map for the new waypoint that marks Shammy's Farm, located just a short distance south of his shack. Once you arrive, you'll find poor Ole Shammy in the middle of a fight for his life, being swarmed by Wildhorns and Trumpethorns.
Engage the creatures and clear them out quickly - the longer you take, the more damage they can do to Shammy and the surrounding area. The Wildhorns charge aggressively, while the Trumpethorns bombard you with long-range attacks, so use cover and take out the ranged enemies first.
When the battle ends, approach Shammy to check on him. Grateful for the rescue, he'll immediately perk up when you mention that Olivia is looking for a new supplier. Shammy is flattered by the offer and delighted to have his moonshine featured at one of the liveliest clubs in the region. He agrees to Borderlands 4 Power Leveling provide the booze, sealing the deal on this spirited new partnership.
