The disadvantage of this process is the high price and huge investment of the plane continuous thermal compounding machine. Thermoplastic adhesive film is a special hot melt adhesive film. The adhesive film itself must have high cohesive strength and tensile strength, which can ensure the bonding of aluminum honeycomb panel. If a common hot melt adhesive film is used, the bonding strength is very low, and the 180 peel strength value is only 3n/mm.
