The lawyer also said that seven additional women had filed suit against Watson. The following day, on March 18. the third and most serious lawsuit of Watson was filed. On the 22nd of March, a second suit was filed, this time from California. It's the 14th civil matter brought against Watson, once again from the massage therapist. This suit referred to Watson as a "serial sexual predator" and detailed an event that Watson invited the woman to have a massage with him after which he locked the door. He during the massage, allegedly forced her hand on his penis. After she reacted, he declared "I don't want to make you sign an NDA however, don't speak about this."
In response to a question via ESPN, Dane Schiller, an official spokeswoman for the Harris County District Attorney's Office stated that it was "inappropriate" to provide an explanation of whether or not his office was pursuing charges."It would be inappropriate for the District Attorney's Office to comment on a civil suit, and we will not be discussing allegations in any manner until and if a criminal charge is brought; we are doing this in order to be fair to allof us," Schiller said in an email.
There was no word from the league office.
