I don't understand why they hate taking in-game surveys for RS3. It's like they're only hoping to take care of RS3 different from OSRS for the sake of treating it distinct at this point. We did have polls at one point and it did not go well. Everyone simply voted to create Slayer creatures and nothing else. Despite what the post states, Reddit has more of the hardcore RuneScape player base. If they left this into a RS gold vote, greater exp rates would almost certainly win.Its because there's a enormous stigma around the surveys on osrs, ive spoke to many of the jmods and some wosh the surveys dodent exist as people vote without thinking any deeper about things that have set up, the polls at this point is just a mob mentality wanting nothing fresh but also needing new items, I whould love a couple ocational polls on rs but nothing to the degree of osrs.
I think they need to check into the material caches.. We had been 3 peope about 5 Caches and could barely keep up them since they depleted so quickly. It would die down. You can't balance a skill for the week of discharge when everybody is virtually glamorized the skill. Eventually the market would begin just training the skill and becoming saturated from people doing historical chests, these caches with materials. The number of people doing caches would die down and it might be scarcely populated by reduced and ironman levels trying some money making process.
They shouldn't have gave so much leverage to RuneScape players. Purchase chrononotes, buy mats, all they have to do is locate the artifacts and all the poor peasants must do all of the real work while they amount up crazy fast anyway.Well something it did is a massive redistribution of wealth in the racers to the material/chronote farmers, that will most likely have lasting and hopefully positive effects on the in game economy. The those who want to race can race. Permit em. I enjoy carrying this ability slow and low and I have made bank off. Individuals that wish to grind as fast as possible will purchase it and those who enjoy the 1 skill which includes a fantastic sense of discovery and accomplishment will take their gp.
RuneScape has always been this way. They constantly concentrate on the top 1 or 2% of RuneScape players by providing them inside advice on what to merch, concentrate content into the wealthiest of RuneScape players and now have made a"ability" that essentially behaves like an overgrown pursuit which means that the majority of its content could be traded by the elite RuneScape players so that they could make even more cash. Look at the harlequin cow, for example. It never should have been made a part of the puzzle but even the alternative suggested won't be implemented until Monday in order to buy OSRS gold give that same elite the opportunity to earn as much money as possible from the cattle for this particular weekend. It's disgraceful.
