The Next Gen version of 2K21 will be launched when the new consoles become available for Xbox on NBA 2K22 MT the 10th of November. two days later, Playstation will have it too.
Esports have been booming, and the NBA 2K League is thriving
This week, the NBA 2K League announced a new procedure for trying out for their next season, scheduled to begin in 2021. The new format will include over 35 Pro-Am tournaments run and managed by NBA 2K League teams. The teams that win will be featured in a League-hosted "NBA 2K League Draft Prospect Series" and the first-of-its-kind NBA 2K League Combine.
It's the next phase in the NBA 2K League's rapid growth. Brendan Donohue (Managing Director of NBA 2K League) described it to me recently on the phone as Buy 2K22 MT "transformational".
