Stenter Structure Introduction

  • Do you want to know what the structure of the screen printing machine is?

With the progress of society and the improvement of people's lives, people attach great importance to the printed matter of the screen printing machine. Stenter is the general term for the equipment used to produce printed matter. Its function is to transfer the ink from the graphic part of the printing plate to the surface of the substrate. The screen printing machine generally has a workbench, an operating system, a squeegee system, a screen system and a body structure. What is the structure of the screen printing machine?

    1. Workbench The workbench is used to fix the table surface of the printed parts. A reasonable workbench should be adjusted arbitrarily, so that the printing position can be adjusted during printing. When printing cylindrical objects on the workbench, the equipment is round objects. Bracket, equipment for flat printing object holder when printing flat or curved surface printing workpiece, equipment for flat board when printing flat surface.

    1. The screen system is where the screen and ink are clamped. In flat screen printing, the screen system only has up and down movements, not left and right movements, but in curved screen printing machines, the screen system has left and right reciprocating movements, mostly without up and down movements. .

    2. The squeegee system is the equipment for squeegee and inking plate. The squeegee system completes the coating and embossing of the ink on the surface of the screen. The squeegee system except that the squeegee clamp and the inking plate have the opposite movements up and down. There is still a difference between left and right movements. The squeegee system in the Flat Screen Printing Machine can reciprocate left and right, while it is in a stopped state in the curved screen printing machine.
