While some people find the film-like trailer of WOW WOTLK Classic Gold Dragonflight to be boring Some people are enthralled for the movie's Titan protagonist. Some feel that the absence of any villain or direct narrative to be an issue, however, others are thrilled by the simplistic, exploration-based content. One Redditor has expressed appreciation for it, saying "this new one is some very simple Warcraft topics (Titans and Dragons) and also tells a charming story about an Chad Titan fan who saves the day, but also grieving that his friends lost their lives." The Titan is now a main source for many memes and fan chatter.
Players Have A Bad History With Dragons
Malygos, Neltharion, Nefarian, Deathwing. The list continues to grow of the many Drakes and Dragons players have encountered and had to kill throughout their journey through World of Warcraft. Many have commented on the irony of the Dracthyr joining one of the Horde or Alliance because a large number of players even have armor and weapons that have Dragon bone in them.
A Redditor named Jathulioh created a posting in which he laughed at the absurdity of it, suggesting Nefarian's head Nefarian that is hanging in the Stormwind gates could be an unwelcoming sight to new Dracthyr members. Perhaps the evil nature of these dragons will prevent the Dracthyr alliance from taking it to the players!
No Villain
The Warcraft universe is filled with outstanding villains, all the way from Illidan up to Garrosh as well as the Lich King. This is a big reason why the first expansion so amazing. Thus, one area many have been questioning is the complete lack of any villain. Some have compared it to Mists Of Pandaria's first cinematic in which no one was aware that Garrosh would eventually become the main villain.
Reddit user Alyano began a thread asking users to think about what they think the next big villain would be and then stating "As they haven't declared a new super villain or at least an overall threat. Who or what will we be fighting next?" That will be the main question during the coming months, but many are happy with some more restrained, less apocalyptic perspective.

Many fans demanded bigger bodies as well being able to customize options to the humanoid counterpart of each Dracthyr.
